never worked from day 1, poor customer service from Electrolux

I purchased this and it never worked from day 1. I set it for 3C but it rarely hits 3C, most of the time it's 7C or 8C... Electrolux customer service was terrible, never called me, I called almost a dozen times, and 4 months later, they finally decided to replace it. But guess what ? The replacement isn't keeping the temperature either.. I've got nothing in it, and it's showing 8C when it's set at 3C...I'm sooo pissed. I would return it if I could. I have a $2k lemon...

Installed this in the galley of our 65' catamaran, but it's about to be replaced due to reliability problems. For no obvious reason, it would loudly cycle on and off, and then go off altogether. Resetting the circuit breaker seemed to bring it back to life, but I don't trust that it's in it for the long haul. Could be that the rigors of sea life - constant movement, sloppy power, etc - killed it, but it didn't even last a year.

I bought this because the salesman explained that this is an undercounter refrig and not a cooler like all others..... Gets down to 34 degrees .... "Cold" drinks not "chilled"
