I purchased this model from the AJ Madison web site not amazon and I am completely satisfied. There was no shipping charges unlike amazon wanted a little $200 for shipping. I received my fridge in 2 days and couldn't be happier with it. The amount of storage on this thing is awesome and it looks very well made and quiet for what I paid for it.I placed it on tile and the whole fridge would move when i opened the door but when you fill it with lots of beer it solves the problem. I wish I got this years ago

Our builder purchased Frigidaire products for our staffroom/kitchen at work. The Professional 19 Cu. Ft All refrigerator and the freezer to match. One year and 4 weeks after our purchase, the compressor broke and it read 85* in the refrigerator. Everything in there had to be thrown away. Since the builder that bought the products didn't purchase the extended warranty, I called Frigidaire to see what I could do. To my surprise, they were nice enough to pay for the part, but we had to pay for the labor. No complaints about that. Now two weeks later, the compressor has broken AGAIN!!! I called the company and told them what had happened and she informed me that even if I had the warranty, the products are in a business setting, so all warranties would be void and nothing will be covered on any of their products. I am very surprised that Frigidaire doesn't stand behind their products...regardless of where they are used. I am so shocked that a fridge this expensive didn't last longer. I would recommend passing on this one.

I bought this model at Best Buy in May, 2011. I was given a one week shipping window 3-4 weeks later, June 14 - 21. I don't know the exact date that it was delivered and neither did Frigidaire or Best Buy. It quit cooling June 21, 2012 at 9:00 in the evening. I waited to call until the next day. The only appliance repair place that the automated Frigidaire system had for my zip code never returned my two calls. I left messages on their answering machine for two consecutive days. I tried another town's zip code and was able to get someone out to take a look at it two days later. He said that it probably had had a slow leak since it was manufactured. He also said that it would be hard to find the hole since it was such a slow leak. He recommended that I call another repair company that was good with this type of problem. I called and a woman took down my information and said that she would give me a call back in a couple of hours. I never received a call, so the next day I called Frigidaire, again determined to talk to a human. After being on hold for a very long time, I was able to speak to someone. When I gave her the details, she told me that the refrigerator wasn't under warranty because I had waited to call until the following day. If I had called the night before it would have been under warranty. I asked to talk to her supervisor. After a long wait, she came back on the line and said that her manager had agreed to pay for the parts. I was told that parts were usually 75% of the repair bill. When I called the repair shop back, that was supposedly good with this type of problem, I was told the bill for labor would be $850-1500. She suggested that I should just throw it away and buy a new one. One day out of the one year manufacturers warranty! No one would have been there if I had called that night! Shame on Frigidaire!

We bought this piece of junk a little more than a year ago. And now it could warm soup. As the season turns to autum around here, I'm going to have better results keeping my cheese and meat on the porch. Thanks for the $1,100 box of spoilage fridgedaire. P

Purchased from Sear's and got free delivery too. I am very happy with it so far. Looks stunning, holds a ton of food and solved a lot of problems for us in home with a very tiny kitchen to work with.
