Too many flimsy plastic parts. Wide glass shelves not supported in middle.libertyinmo
"Poorly designed door bins. All the weigh of the items in them is on the acrylic plastic (brittle) that extends beyond the door. The door doesn't help support items at all (as in past refrigerators that I have had). Due to this, both of my door bins have cracked, the first one about six months after purchase, the second about 9 months after purchase. The crisper drawers are controlled by a plastic slider that is held on by a flimsy piece of plastic. The flimsy piece of plastic broke after about 8 months. The glass shelves go across the entire refrigerator and there is no support in the middle of the shelves for the upper two shelves, hence they cannot hold much weight because the glass shelves will bow in the middle. We had to make the bottom shelf the "tall" shelf as it has the support due to the crispers underneath."
