Caribbean Appliance preformed better than their estimate time on getting the part to me. The water filter base didn't appear to be an OEM part, but it worked well and was substantially less expensive.The only issue, which is small, was there were no instructions on how to install the part. (Otherwise, I would have rated this a 5.) I wasn't sure if there was a way to release the tubing from the filter base. So I decided to cut the plastic tubing just below the old base. Then stretch the tubing as much as I could without using excessive force. Then I pushed the tubing into the blue ports on the base and then screwed the base back on the frig. I installed the water filter, turned on the water - leak Fixed!
