The soap dispenser stopped opening in our dishwasher, so I ordered this replacement. It was very easy to take the front off the dishwasher, unplug the old dispenser and plug this one in. It is unfortunate that my dishwasher is only 3 years old and already having issues, but at least this was a quick fix.
