I have a GE Profile Arctica fridge from 2005 that has the plastic liner. The ice/water dispenser was condensating enough that water was constantly dripping down and overnight it would puddle and start going down the door. I called Sears to have a service tech come out and basically tell me that nothing was going to work to fix it and GE has always had this problem. He did however give me the idea of buying a heater because he has one that fits on the metal liner models only. I bought it, installed it and now my problems are solved. No more condensation and no more waking up to puddles in the morning.
