Problems from the start; and it tried to ruin our house!skaterdad
Service problems from the get go...- Dings on delivery.- Water dispenser sometimes a nice 'stream', sometimes splashes all over- Ice maker is moody: usually not making ice just when we need it to- Ice dispenser is dyslexic: Ask for crushed, get cubes. Ask for cubes, get crushed. Service folks replaced a solenoid or two, now works MOST of the time, but still occasionally gets confused.- Then, the most terrifying thing... The Water dispenser spontaneously decided to "take a continuous leak" flooding the floor, seeping through the hardwood, into the basement, soaking everything (carpets, insulation, ceiling tiles) along its way, and eventually setting off the fire alarm at 2:00am. I'm sure the BRK First Alert smoke detectors are not designed to detect water, but they did, and we are thankful otherwise the 'flood' would have been worse.

We bought this product, but it was leaking from underneath. We had three unsuccessful visits from technical support. Finally, they changed it. The new one makes noise!!!!! They came again and changed the compressor fan for brand new refrigerator!!!! Still making noises and couldn’t be fixed!!!!
