Poorly designed and cheaply made. Door shelves have fallen out 4 times in the 9 months we have had it. (They are supposed to be easy clean but in truth they create a big mess) This time broken glass jars and a barefooted daughter, she did not get cut but I have started to make some calls. We are also also going to complain to the consumer product safety commission as well as to the company.Really very disappointed in this basic model fridge, The last GE fridge lasted 20+ years with NO PROBLEMS. I have be very disappointed with the quality of this one
