Big mistake!

I purchased this model and four months later it stopped working. I contacted Frigidaire who provides a one year warranty for their products. They were rude, uncooperative, and inefficient. After three weeks of not having a functioning refrigerator they still refused to replace the product despite the fact that I was told by their technician that the part which needed to be replaced was on back order and that some people have waited up to a month for it. I contacted the store from whom I had purchased the refrigerator. They allowed me to exchange the broken refrigerator for a new model from their store. Needless to say, I chose a different brand. I will NEVER purchase another product from Frigidaire.
