Delivery had hidden charges

So far the fridge seems to be working fine. However, the 3rd party delivery service that HCost used charged me $60 to place this in my home (second story location with 6 outside steps and 18 inside steps. None of this was disclosed to me by either Amazon or HCost. I am filing a claim against Amazon for a refund of the $60.
