While I love having an all-refrigerator the appearance on delivery wasn't what I expected. Having nothing to do with the performance of the appliance there are dents all along both sides along the bottom and the butter keeper door is broken upon delivery. There were no indications of damage on the box it came in so I believe the damange happened before it was shipped. I was under the impression that I would be receiving a NEW appliance for the price I paid for it NOT a scratch and dent item!! All in all it does work beautifully and the sides where the dents are are hidden. I can do without the butter keeper cover.

If it was possible to give this zero stars I probably would. Sold as new, but obviously refurbished when I got it, and damaged all over. When I called to complain these idiots tried to make it sound like I went and damaged it myself so I could complain. Amazon wasn't very helpful either.
